I want to thank you for stopping by and checking out my site, “Help My Computer”. I am an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) with over 16 years experience in setting up, configuring, troubleshooting, and fixing computers, networks, and all of those other nasty words. I have assisted many in purchasing, loading software, simply discussing alternatives to many situations these little beasts put us in. At the end of the day, it can be very confusing and /or frustrating for many people and that is where I can help.
After many years “working for the man”, I figured that I can fulfill client computer needs far better on my own, at much more reasonable rates. My philosophy is a little different than larger companies. If I take care of my clients, they will take care of me. I am convinced that Customer Service in today’s business world is fairly poor. That is why I vow to make it the top priority.
There are many ways for me to support you, many of which allow me to support clients all over the world. With todays technology, we can meet in person (i.e. I can come to you within a reasonable distance) or we can use technology to connect other ways. There are so many free remote support tools available today (many of which are in my Private Client downloads area), we have the means to communicate (possibly including free long distance phone conversations), connect our computers, and resolve, or at a minimum determine what the issues are with your system. I also go onsite to inspect your system if that is more convenient for you.
My guarantee is simple; “Honest and Reliable Service at a Reasonable Cost”. If I do not help you or at a minimum provide you a few alternatives, then my job has not been done properly.
I am also hoping that if I can assist you, that you will in turn show your appreciation by passing on my contact information to friends, relatives, etc. so that I may gain their business as well.
